Brief

DAIS was briefed to establish an intelligent self managed online editorial and news delivery solution for the Queensland Government, Department of Employment and Training (DET).


Response

The DAIS solution included the ability for the DET network to share and develop policy critical training industry information on a national level that was controlled and audited by the Queensland division.

The system provided end user control and authenticated responsibility management systems to allow the delegation of key tasks and responsibilities nationally and the control of quality output on an hour by hour basis.


Results

The solution provided significant efficiencies for DET publication distribution both with cost and operational impact and has been adopted as a simple to use and accessible technology system.

This solution model is now being reviewed and considered by similar government agencies as a best practice model.
